tempox.io（以下稱「本網站」）是 TempoX 品牌的預告網站，由加密實驗股份有限公司（以下稱「本公司」或「我們」）經營。本政策說明您瀏覽本網站、填寫本網站的聯絡表單，或寫信至 connect@tempox.io 時，我們蒐集哪些個人資料、如何使用、保存多久、與誰分享，以及您可以行使的權利。
一、適用範圍
本政策適用於 tempox.io 網域下的網頁，以及您透過 connect@tempox.io 與我們的往來。其他網站或服務，包括 TempoX Merch 商店（merch.tempox.io）及本網站連結的社群平台，適用其各自的隱私權政策。
二、我們蒐集的資料
1. 網站使用資料（Google Analytics 4）
本網站使用 Google Analytics 4（評估 ID：G-XWEJQKX7N3）了解網站的使用情形。Google Analytics 透過 Cookie 及類似技術蒐集：瀏覽的頁面與停留時間、來源網址、裝置類型、作業系統、瀏覽器、螢幕尺寸、語言設定、由 IP 位址推估的大致地區（國家、城市），以及工作階段與互動事件。Google Analytics 4 不會記錄或儲存您的 IP 位址。我們只檢視彙整後的統計報表，不會用這些資料辨識特定個人。
2. 聯絡表單（Tally）
本網站的聯絡表單由 Tally 提供。您可能填寫：姓名、電子郵件、聯絡電話、公司名稱、職位、詢問類別、公司網站、產業別、感興趣的空間、預計使用日期、預計參與人數及活動性質。表單另會自動附上：送出表單時所在的網頁網址、表單類型、空間代碼、介面語言及送出時間。
3. 電子郵件
您寫信至 connect@tempox.io 時，我們會收到您的電子郵件地址、您提供的姓名、信件內容及附件。
4. 連線與安全資料（Cloudflare）
本網站透過 Cloudflare 提供及防護。為傳送網頁並阻擋惡意流量，Cloudflare 會處理您的 IP 位址及請求紀錄（例如網址、時間、瀏覽器資訊），並可能設定安全用途的必要 Cookie。
三、使用目的
- 回覆您的詢問、提供您要求的資訊，並與您後續聯繫。
- 了解網站的使用情形，改善網站內容與體驗，並衡量行銷活動的成效。
- 維護網站安全，防止濫用與攻擊。
- 遵守法令義務，或在法律程序中保護本公司與使用者的權益。
我們不會出售您的個人資料，也不會將其用於上述目的以外的用途。
四、Cookie
- Google Analytics：
_ga、_ga_XWEJQKX7N3，用於區分訪客與工作階段，最長保存 2 年。
- Google 轉換連結：
_gcl_au，由同一段 Google 代碼設定，用於衡量廣告點擊與網站造訪之間的關聯，最長保存 90 天。
- Cloudflare：可能設定安全用途的必要 Cookie（例如
__cf_bm），用於辨識自動化流量。
- Tally：開啟聯絡表單時，Tally 可能在其網域設定表單運作所需的 Cookie。
您可以在瀏覽器設定中封鎖或刪除 Cookie，或安裝 Google Analytics 停用瀏覽器外掛程式，停止 Google Analytics 蒐集您的資料。封鎖 Cookie 不影響您瀏覽本網站。
五、保存期間
- Google Analytics 的使用者及事件層級資料，依本網站的 Google Analytics 資料保留設定保存，最長 14 個月後自動刪除；彙整後的統計報表不含可辨識個人的資料。
- 聯絡表單與電子郵件資料，保存至處理您的詢問所需期間，原則上於最後一次往來後 2 年內刪除；法令另有規定或處理爭議所需者，依其所需期間保存。
- Cloudflare 的連線紀錄，依 Cloudflare 的資料保存政策處理。
六、不提供資料的影響
您可以自由選擇是否填寫聯絡表單或寫信給我們。不提供資料不影響您瀏覽本網站，但我們可能無法回覆您的詢問。
七、第三方服務與跨境傳輸
我們委託下列服務提供者處理資料。它們只能為提供服務之目的處理資料：

八、您的權利
依中華民國《個人資料保護法》第 3 條及其他適用法令，您可以就您的個人資料：
- 查詢或請求閱覽；
- 請求製給複製本；
- 請求補充或更正；
- 請求停止蒐集、處理或利用；
- 請求刪除。
請寫信至 connect@tempox.io 提出，我們會在確認您的身分後，於法定期間內回覆。若您位於歐盟或英國，您另得依當地法令行使相應權利，並可向所在地的個人資料保護主管機關申訴。
九、資料安全
本網站全程使用加密連線（HTTPS），並限制可以存取聯絡資料的人員。但網際網路傳輸無法保證絕對安全。
十、兒童
本網站並非以 16 歲以下兒童為對象，我們不會有意蒐集兒童的個人資料。如您認為我們收到了兒童的資料，請與我們聯絡，我們會將其刪除。

我們可能因法令或服務變更修訂本政策。修訂後的版本會公布於本頁，並更新上方的「最後更新」日期。

tempox.io (the “Site”) is the teaser website for the TempoX brand, operated by 加密實驗股份有限公司, a company registered in Taiwan (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit the Site, fill in its contact form or email connect@tempox.io, how we use it, how long we keep it, who we share it with, and the rights you have.
1. Scope
This policy covers the pages on the tempox.io domain and your correspondence with us through connect@tempox.io. Other sites and services, including the TempoX Merch store (merch.tempox.io) and the social platforms the Site links to, are covered by their own privacy policies.
2. Data we collect
2.1 Usage data (Google Analytics 4)
The Site uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-XWEJQKX7N3) to understand how it is used. Through cookies and similar technologies, Google Analytics collects the pages you view and time spent, the referring URL, device type, operating system, browser, screen size, language setting, approximate location (country and city, derived from your IP address), and session and interaction events. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store your IP address. We only look at aggregated reports and do not use this data to identify individuals.
2.2 Contact form (Tally)
The contact form on the Site is provided by Tally. You may enter your name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, type of inquiry, company website, industry, the spaces you are interested in, preferred date, expected number of attendees and type of event. The form also attaches, automatically, the URL of the page you submitted it from, the form type, a space code, the interface language and the submission time.
2.3 Email
When you email connect@tempox.io, we receive your email address, any name you give, the message and any attachments.
2.4 Connection and security data (Cloudflare)
The Site is delivered and protected by Cloudflare. To serve pages and block malicious traffic, Cloudflare processes your IP address and request logs (for example the URL, time and browser information) and may set strictly necessary security cookies.
3. Why we use it
- To answer your inquiry, provide the information you ask for and follow up with you.
- To understand how the Site is used, improve its content and experience, and measure how our marketing performs.
- To keep the Site secure and prevent abuse and attacks.
- To meet legal obligations, or to protect our rights and those of our users in legal proceedings.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for any purpose other than those above.
4. Cookies
- Google Analytics:
_ga and _ga_XWEJQKX7N3, used to distinguish visitors and sessions; kept for up to 2 years.
- Google conversion linker:
_gcl_au, set by the same Google tag to link ad clicks with site visits; kept for up to 90 days.
- Cloudflare: may set strictly necessary security cookies (such as
__cf_bm) to recognise automated traffic.
- Tally: when the contact form is open, Tally may set cookies on its own domain that the form needs to work.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on to stop Google Analytics from collecting your data. Blocking cookies does not stop you from using the Site.
5. How long we keep it
- Google Analytics user- and event-level data is kept according to the Site's Google Analytics data-retention setting and is deleted automatically after at most 14 months. Aggregated reports contain no data that identifies individuals.
- Contact-form submissions and emails are kept for as long as we need them to handle your inquiry, and as a rule are deleted within 2 years of our last exchange, unless the law requires a longer period or we need them to handle a dispute.
- Cloudflare connection logs are handled under Cloudflare's own retention policy.
6. If you do not provide data
Filling in the contact form or emailing us is entirely up to you. Not providing data does not affect your use of the Site, but we may not be able to answer your inquiry.
7. Service providers and international transfers
We use the following service providers, which may process data only to provide their service:

These providers may process or store data outside Taiwan (for example in the United States or the European Union). Apart from these providers and where the law requires it, we do not share your personal data with third parties.
8. Your rights
Under Article 3 of Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act and other applicable laws, you may ask us to:
- tell you about, or let you review, your personal data;
- give you a copy of it;
- complete or correct it;
- stop collecting, processing or using it;
- delete it.
Email connect@tempox.io to make a request. We will reply within the period required by law once we have confirmed your identity. If you are in the EU or the UK, you also have the rights given by your local law and may complain to your local data protection authority.
9. Security
The Site is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to contact data is limited to the people who need it. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. Children
The Site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe we have received a child's data, please contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the law or our services change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
